摘  要:“双碳”背景下,探索近零能耗建筑技术是建筑领域发展的必然趋势。通过研究近零能耗建筑技术在福建省漳州市东山发展广场的应用,以“被动优先,主动优化,低碳能源”为设计理念,在高效供暖空调设备、高效照明系统、节能电梯系统、太阳能光伏发电系统、风力发电系统等方面采用了系统的节能减排技术措施,可知充分利用当地优势资源进行建筑节能设计是该地区近零能耗建筑设计的有效途径之一。项目的实施契合国家“双碳”战略发展方向,对指导我国夏热冬暖地区实现建筑节能,大幅度推进建筑碳减排,具有重要的示范意义与推广价值,为同类型项目提供了可行的参考模板。Under the background of"double carbon",exploring near-zero energy building technology is an inevitable trend in the development of the construction field.By studying the application of near-zero-energy building technology in Dongshan Development Plaza in Zhangzhou,Fujian Province,adopted systematic energy saving and emission reduction technical measures in terms of highefficiency heating and air-conditioning equipments,high-efficiency lighting system,energy-saving elevator system,solar photovoltaic power generation system,and wind power generation system,with the design concept of"Passive Priority,Active Optimization,and Low-Carbon Energy",and learned to make full use of local advantageous resources.The implementation of the project is in line with the development direction of the national"double carbon"strategy,and it has important demonstration significance and promotion value for guiding China's summer-hot and winter-warming regions to realize building energy efficiency and significantly promote carbon emission reduction in buildings,and it provides feasible reference templates for the same type of projects.
