摘　　要：城市文化建设是城市发展的重要组成部分,对于提升城市形象、增强城市竞争力具有重要意义。作为东北地区的重要城市,哈尔滨市的城市文化建设具有一定的特殊性和重要性。文章探讨了哈尔滨城市文化建设的现状,基于其存在的问题提出了相应的解决方案和建议,以期为哈尔滨市的城市文化建设提供参考。Urban cultural construction is an important component of urban development,which is of great significance for enhancing urban images and competitiveness.As an important city in the Northeast region,Harbin’s urban cultural construction has certain particularity and importance.By studying the urban cultural construction of Harbin,the paper explores its current situation and problems,and proposing corresponding solutions and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the urban cultural construction of Harbin.
