摘  要:[目的]研究漏缝地板下粪水贮存周期内猪舍空气环境,为猪健康生长和生产提供参考。[方法]选取1栋分娩猪舍,测定粪水贮存周期(21 d)内猪舍的空气环境指标。沿猪舍对角线方向均匀选5个测定点,粪水贮存周期内每3 d测1次,每次分别在6:00、11:00、13:00、18:00测定。[结果]猪舍粪水贮存周期内平均温度(26.08±1.45)℃,相对湿度(93.44±3.96)%,氨气质量浓度为(3.58±1.62)mg/m^(3),二氧化碳质量浓度为(1760.63±284.98)mg/m^(3)。第18天的温度、相对湿度、二氧化碳浓度最高,各指标基本与其他测定时间差异显著;第21天氨气浓度最高,与第3天、第6天差异显著;[结论]漏缝地板下粪水贮存周期内,温度略高,相对湿度过高,氨气浓度持续上升但未超过标准,二氧化碳浓度较高,应增加通风设备,改善猪舍空气环境。[Objectives]The air environment in pig house during the storage cycle of manure water under leaky floor was monitored to provide reference for the healthy growth and production of pigs.[Methods]One pig delivery house was selected to determine the air environment index of pig house during the storage cycle of manure water(21 d).5 measuring points evenly along the diagonal direc-tion of the pig house were selected.The manure water was measured every 3 days during the storage cycle,with measurements taken at 6:00,11:00,13:00,and 18:00 each time.[Results]The average tem-perature,relative humidity,the concentration of ammonia,and the concentration of carbon dioxide was(26.08±1.45)℃,(93.44±3.96)%,(3.58±1.62)mg/m^(3),and(1760.63±284.98)mg/m^(3) during the storage cycle of manure water in pig house.The temperature,relative humidity,and the concentration of car-bon dioxide on the 18th day was the highest,and all indicators were significantly different from those of other measurement times(P<0.05).The concentration of ammonia on the 21st day was the highest,significantly different from that on the 3rd and 6th day(P<0.05).[Conclusions]During the storage cycle of manure water under the leaky floors,the temperature was slightly higher,the relative humidity was too high,the concentration of ammonia continued to increase but did not exceed the standard,and the concentration of carbon dioxide was higher.Ventilation equipment should be added to improve the air environment in the pig house.
