金银花提取物在断奶仔猪饲料中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：[目的]解决断奶仔猪消化系统、免疫系统发育不完善的问题。[方法]查阅文献资料,联系生产实际,对金银花提取物的生物学功能以及对断奶仔猪的影响等方面进行分析和归纳。[结果]金银花提取物作为一味传统中草药具有多种生物活性,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节等功能,可通过促进肠道绒毛生长、保护肠黏膜屏障完整性和调节肠道菌群结构等多种途径改善仔猪的胃肠道健康,可通过提高免疫球蛋白水平、调节免疫平衡,并增强机体的免疫应答等途径增强仔猪的免疫功能。[结论]金银花提取物可作为替抗饲料添加剂。[Objectives]To solve the problems of incomplete development of digestive and immune systems in weaned piglets.[Methods]The biological functions of honeysuckle extract and its effects on weaned piglets were analyzed and summarized by combining literature review with production practice.[Results]Honeysuckle extract,as a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,has various biological activi-ties and functions including antibacterial,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and immune regula-tion.Honeysuckle extract can improve the gastrointestinal health of piglets through various pathways including promoting the growth of intestinal villi,protecting the integrity of intestinal mucosal barrier,and regulating the structure of intestinal microbiota.Honeysuckle extract can enhance the immune func-tion of piglets by increasing levels of immunoglobulin,regulating immune balance,and enhancing the immune response of the body.[Conclusions]Honeysuckle extract can be used as a feed additive in-stead of antibodies.
