粤西地区食用林产品质量安全监测——以江门市为例

摘　　要：文章针对粤西地区江门市食用林产品产地土壤和产品质量安全情况,通过对食用林产品及其产地土壤进行典型抽样,测定林产品中重金属砷、镉、铅和农药甲胺磷、毒死蜱、氧乐果、水胺硫磷、辛硫磷、杀螟硫磷、倍硫磷等的残留情况,测定产地土壤中重金属铅、镉、砷、汞、铬、铜和p H值情况,并对测定结果进行分析,得出以下结论:(1)粤西地区食用林产品均符合相关质量安全标准,产地土壤部分存在铅超标情况;(2)在产地土壤为酸性的环境下,牛大力产地土壤中重金属铅的含量与林产品中重金属铅的含量具有强相关关系。The article focuses on the soil and product’s quality and safety of edible forest products in the western region of Guangdong Jiangmen.Through typical sampling of edible forest products and their soil,and the residual amounts of heavy metals arsenic,cadmium,lead,and pesticides methamidophos,chlorpyrifos,omethoate,isocarbophos,fenthion,and terbufos in the forest products were measured in the laboratory.Also the heavy metals lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury,chromium,copper,and pH value in the soil were tested.Based on the test results,the article draws the following conclusions:(1)The edible forest products in the western region of Guangdong Province meet the relevant quality and safety standards.However,Some of the soil of origin has excessive lead.(2)Under the acidic soil conditions,there is a strong correlation between the content of heavy metal lead in the soil of the Neesia japonica production area and the content of heavy metal lead in forest products.
