摘 要:建筑外窗是建筑围护结构热工性能最为薄弱的部位,传统的静态优化已将其性能提高至较高水平,因此采用可调节遮阳构件是目前提高建筑外窗性能最有效的方式之一。本文基于夏季遮阳与冬季保温的原理,以传统遮阳卷帘为基础,设计了一种兼顾遮阳与保温效果的新型可调节卷膜遮阳系统,采用实验测试和数值模拟对其传热过程进行分析,并在此基础上探究了空腔厚度D和遮阳面积比例SAR对其保温性能的影响。实验结果表明:由于存在垂直方向的热流,SAR与系统传热系数成非线性反比关系,而D在小于20 mm时,由于空腔以导热为主,会显著影响系统传热系数。以上述两个参数为自变量、传热系数为因变量进行非线性拟合,进一步得出当D为112 mm时,新型可调节卷膜遮阳系统能够实现传热系数1.764~2.467 W/(m^(2)·K)的变化,并达到该玻璃配置下其保温可调节性能的最优化。The window of the building is the weakest part of the thermal performance of the building envelope,and the traditional static optimization has improved its performance to a higher level.Therefore,the use of adjustable shading components is one of the most effective ways to improve the performance of the window at present.Based on the principle of shading in summer and thermal insulation in winter,and with the traditional shading roller shutter as the research subject,this paper designed a novel adjustable film shading system realizing both shading and thermal insulation.The heat transfer process was verified and analyzed by experimental tests and numerical simulation.Then,the influence of two main factors,cavity thickness D and sunshade area ratio SAR,on its thermal insulation performance was studied.The experimental results show that with the existence of heat flow in the vertical direction,SAR has a nonlinear inverse relationship with the system heat transfer coefficient.When D is smaller than 20 mm,the heat transfer coefficient of the system will be significantly affected because the cavity is mainly thermally conductive.The nonlinear fitting of the two main influencing factors further shows that when D is 112 mm,the novel adjustable film shading system can achieve the change of heat transfer coefficient from 1.764 to 2.467 W/(m^(2)·K),and achieve the optimization of its thermal insulation and adjustable performance under the glass configuration.
