摘  要:墙体平均传热系数是建筑节能减碳的关键控制指标,关乎构造形式、节点处理与保温做法的确定等关键环节。随着建筑从普通节能建筑迈向超低能耗、近零能耗建筑,甚至是低碳零碳建筑,现阶段基于一维或二维传热假设的平均传热系数确定方法的适用性值得探讨。近年来,随着保温-结构等多功能一体化等高性能围护结构体系的发展,精确量化连接件、龙骨、密肋等热桥部位对墙体平均传热系数的影响迫在眉睫,进行有针对性的提升具有较强的工程应用价值。本文从墙体典型传热问题出发,对比和辨析了墙体平均传热系数计算方法的基本原理及其适用范围,并给出了面向高性能围护结构研发的展望,旨在为建筑节能减碳相关标准规范的修订和工程应用提供理论支撑。The average heat transfer coefficient of walls is the key control index of building energy saving and carbon reduction,which is related to many critical links including the structure form,joint treatment,and the heat preservation measures.As buildings transform from general energy-saving buildings to ultra-low energy consumption buildings,near-zero energy buildings,and even low carbon zero carbon buildings,the applicability of the current method of determining the average heat transfer coefficient based on one or two-dimensional heat transfer hypothesis is worth discussing.In recent years,with the development of high-performance envelope structure systems,such as multifunctional integration of insulation and structure,it is urgent to accurately quantify the influence of thermal bridge parts such as connectors,keels,dense ribs,and other types on the average heat transfer coefficient of the wall.Therefore,it is of strong engineering application value to carry out targeted improvement.Given the typical heat transfer problems of the wall,this paper compared and analyzed the basic principle and application scope in the calculation method of the average heat transfer coefficient of the wall,and presented an outlook for the development of high-performance envelope structure determination method in the future,to provide theoretical support for the revision of the relevant standards and engineering application of building energy conservation and carbon reduction.
