摘  要:为改进生产工艺、扩大产能规模,马鞍山某公司拟在原制氢区域开展制氢站更新改造工程项目。该项目属石化类建设工程,为准确评估其在建设、生产运营等阶段对地下水环境产生的影响,需在建设区及周边影响区开展专项的制氢站更新改造工程项目地下水环境影响评价。通过收集研究区内水工环地质资料合理概化得到水文地质模型,在此基础上逐步构建了地下水流数值模型,并依据已有的水位数据进行了模型的识别校正与验证。采用验证后的数值模型对评价区内污染物的运移情况作了预测分析和评价,结果表明:(1)正常状况下,预测场区内各泄漏点的污染物及扩散对下游地下水环境影响小;(2)非正常状况下,废水收集池渗漏和制氢装置区泄漏会导致污染物产生运移,对周边地下水造成一定影响。本项目地下水环境影响评价较为系统,有助于建设方识别污染源,了解在不同情景下污染物运移对地下水环境的影响程度与影响范围,为后期的综合防治提供了具体方向。In order to improve the production process and expand the scale of production capacity,a company in Maanshan intends to carry out the project of renewing and renovating the hydrogen production station in the original hydrogen production area.This project is a petrochemical construction project,and in order to accurately assess the impact on groundwater environment during the construction and production operation stages,it is necessary to carry out a special groundwater environmental impact assessment of the hydrogen production station renewal and renovation project in the construction area and the surrounding impact area.The hydro-geological model was obtained through the reasonable generalization of the hydro-geological data collected in the study area,based on which the numerical model of groundwater flow was constructed step by step,and the model was identified,calibrated and verified based on the existing water level data.The verified numerical model was used to predict,analyze and evaluate the transport of pollutants in the evaluation area.The results show that:(1)under normal conditions,the impact of pollutants and diffusion of pollutants at each leakage point in the predicted site on the downstream groundwater environment is small;(2)under abnormal conditions,leakage from the wastewater collection pond and leakage from the hydrogen production plant area will lead to the transport of pollutants and cause certain impact on the surrounding groundwater.The groundwater environmental impact assessment of this project is more systematic,which helps the construction party to identify the pollution sources,understand the degree and scope of impact of pollutant transport on groundwater environment under different scenarios,and provide specific direction for the comprehensive prevention and control in the later stage.
