摘　　要：近年来,随着冰雪体育活动的大力推广和开展,冰壶运动越来越为人们所熟知。中国冰壶运动虽起步较晚,但发展迅速,至今已具备一定的基础和规模,在国际赛场上也取得了不错的成绩。目前,正值备战米兰冬奥会的关键时期,全面客观评价冰壶项目运动员的竞技能力情况,保证运动员能够科学高效地进行训练,进而制定有针对性的备战方案,是教练组工作的重中之重。该文结合冰壶混双项目的特点,系统分析了冰壶混双项目运动员的竞技能力特征,在此基础上提出了相应的训练策略,为相关领域的体育教培工作提供参考。In recent years,with the vigorous promotion and development of ice and snow sports activities,curling is becomingmore and morefamiliar to people.Chinese curling started late,but the development speed is very fast,and so far it has a certain foundation and scale,andhas also achieved good resultsin the international arena.Recently,in the critical period of preparation for the Milan Winter Olympic Games,a com prehensive and objective evaluation of the curling athletes'competitive ability,to ensure that the athletes can train scientifically and efficientlycarry out training,and then formulate targeted preparation plans,is the top priority of the work ofcoaching team.Based on the characteristics of curling mixed doubles,this paper systematically analyzes the competitive ability characteristics of curling mixed doubles athletes,and puts forward the corresponding training strategies to provide reference for the sports education and training work in related fields.
