摘 要:为获得兼顾力学性能和自修复性能的弹性体复合材料,将不同质量分数纤维素纳米晶(CNC)分别添加到甘氨酸改性的环氧化天然橡胶(GENR)基体中,制备了一系列基于CNC表面羟基和GENR分子链上羟基、羧基之间界面氢键作用的CNC/GENR复合材料,利用X射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜、万能拉伸试验机等对CNC/GENR复合材料的界面氢键作用、机械强度、自修复性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:CNC的引入显著提高了环氧化天然橡胶的机械性能,当添加质量分数为10%时,复合材料具备优异的力学性能和自修复性能,拉伸强度为4.4 MPa、断裂伸长率为1500%、自修复效率为90%,与未添加CNC样品相比分别增加了2倍、0.93倍和1.43倍。CNC/GENR复合材料实现了同时提高复合材料机械性能和自修复性能的目标。In order to obtain elastomeric composites with both mechanical and self-healing properties,a series of CNC/GENR composites based on the interfacial hydrogen bonding between the hydroxyl groups on the surface of CNC and the hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on the molecular chain of GENR were prepared by adding different mass fractions of cellulose nano(CNC)to the glycine-modified epoxidized natural rubber(GENR)matrix,respectively.The interfacial hydrogen bonding,mechanical strength and self-healing properties of CNC/GENR composites were characterized and analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,universal tensile testing machine,etc.The results show that the introduction of CNC significantly improve the mechanical properties of epoxidized natural rubber.When the addition mass fraction is 10%,the composites possessed excellent mechanical and self-healing properties,with tensile strength of 4.4 MPa,elongation at break of 1500%,and self-healing efficiency of 90%,which has increased 2 times,0.93 times and 1.43 times,respectively,compared with the samples without the addition of CNC.The CNC/GENR composites achieve the goal of simultaneous improving the mechanical properties and self-healing properties of the composites.
