摘 要:采用BDD电极电化学高级氧化处理技术进行了印染工业高盐强碱退浆废水净化处理试验,探讨了电流密度(40~100 mA/cm^(2))、离子变化和电解质Na_(2)SO_(4)添加量(100~500 mmol/L)对废水CODCr移除、可生化性及能耗的影响,获得了优化降解工艺条件。结果表明:70 mA/cm^(2)电流密度的降解效果最佳;SO_(4)^(2-)更有利于CODCr的去除;Na_(2)SO_(4)添加量越大,动力学常数kCOD表现为线性增大,更有利于退浆废水中有机物的降解。BDD电极电化学高级氧化处理印染工业高盐强碱退浆废水优化工艺条件为:电流密度70 mA/cm^(2),Na_(2)SO_(4)500 mmol/L条件下处理3 h可达到排放标准,平均能耗为14.46 kWh/kg COD_(Cr),可考虑工业化应用。BDD electrode electrochemical advanced oxidation treatment technology was employed for the purification treatment of desizing wastewater with high-salt and strong-alkali in printing and dyeing industry.The effects of current density(40-100 mA/cm^(2)),ions and the addition of electrolyte Na_(2)SO_(4)(100-500 mmol/L)on CODCr removal,biochemistry and energy consumption of wastewater were investigated,on which the optimized degradation process conditions were obtained.The results show that the optimal degradation efficiency is achieved at the current density of 70 mA/cm^(2);SO_(4)^(2-) ions are more favorable for the removal of CODCr;the kinetic constant of kCOD shows a linear increase with the greater Na_(2)SO_(4) addition,which is more beneficial to the degradation of organic matters in the desizing wastewater.The optimized process conditions of BDD electrode electrochemical advanced oxidation for treating desizing wastewater with high-salt and strong-alkali in printing and dyeing industry are as follows:effluent standard can be reached in 3 h under the condition of current density at 70 mA/cm^(2) and Na_(2)SO_(4) with 500 mmol/L,and the average energy consumption is 14.46 kWh/kg CODCr,which can be considered for industrializing application.
