摘　　要：当前,旅游与健康的融合发展迎来新机遇和挑战。已有研究聚焦健康旅游或医疗旅游等话题,对旅游如何发挥其健康效益,尤其是如何惠及脆弱人群的作用机制讨论不足。基于此,文章聚焦脆弱人群,系统回顾了旅游疗愈所涉及的主体、动机、空间和效益。发现相关重要议题包括:旅游研究中所关注的固有型、情境型和致病型脆弱人群及其特征;脆弱人群在抵抗命运、促进发展和维系社交等方面的独特旅游动机;物理空间、社交空间、象征空间与虚拟空间中的疗愈潜力;“生理-心理-社会”3个层面的疗愈效益。文章在此基础上总结出涵盖“人群-动机-空间-效益”四维度的聚焦脆弱人群的旅游疗愈框架,并提出未来相关研究方向:关注脆弱人群的本质性特征,旅游作为替代性疗法载体的跨学科探索,生活方式(如旅游)与健康效益可能发生的根本性转变。The intersection of tourism and health presents new opportunities and challenges for both academics and practitioners.While health tourism and medical tourism have garnered attention from academics,the mechanisms by which tourism can bring about health benefits,particularly for vulnerable populations,have received less focus.Tourism therapy,involving tourists improving their health status through tourism experiences and receiving preventive or alternative benefits at psychological,physical,and social levels,is a current topic of interest in the field of tourism and health.However,there is a lack of comprehensive review in China consolidating the theoretical foundations,research progress,and practice needs related to tourism therapy for vulnerable populations,as well as pointing out future research directions.This study focuses on vulnerable populations and reviews the sub-themes involved in tourism therapy.The integrative review takes a broader view from and beyond tourism,retrieving and screening articles from top journals in China and abroad.The content of these articles presents four sub-themes:People,purposes of tourism,places with therapeutic potential,and therapeutic performance.Important issues under these aspects are identified.First,tourists with vulnerability,stemming from inherent,situational,and pathogenic factors,were identified and analyzed based on their distinctive characteristics.Second,the unique purposes of this group were explored across three dimensions:seeking a temporary respite from and a sense of control over their circumstances,reevaluating and enhancing their capabilities,and nurturing social connections while reinforcing their identities.Third,places with therapeutic potential were delineated across four categories:physical,social,symbolic,and virtual.Finally,the multifaceted"physical-psychological-social"therapeutic outcomes have garnered attention,encompassing aspects such as disease remission or management,bolstering psychological well-being,and fostering the maintenance and growth
