摘 要:以平煤股份八矿煤层气采动井01井为研究对象,借助钻井窥视仪获取了不同层位的套管变形破坏特征,分析了导致套管变形的主要影响因素。在此基础上,设计了基于“抗、让、防”稳孔工艺的井身结构和稳孔措施,并对同一井场的05井应用。结果表明,同产气周期下,基于稳孔工艺设计的采动井套管完整度高、变形小、产气量稳定。此稳孔工艺可为相似地质条件下的采动井井身结构设计提供经验参考。Taking the coalbed methane mining well 01 of the No.8 mine of Pingdingshan Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the deformation and failure characteristics of casings in different layers were obtained by means of drilling peepers,and the main influencing factors leading to casing deformation were analyzed.On this basis,the wellbore structure and hole stabilizing measures based on the"resistance,yield,and prevention"hole stabilization technology were designed and applied to well 05 at the same well site.The results show that under the same gas production period,the production well casing designed based on the stable hole technology has high integrity,small deformation and stable gas production.This hole stabilizing technology can provide experience reference for the wellbore structure design of production wells under similar geological conditions.
