摘 要:为了确保残采区上行开采安全稳定进行,选取3组不同充填配比方案,围绕采用不同配比充填材料进行充填时15S01工作面矿压显现规律的研究。通过比较沙湾某矿15S01工作面充填开采前后矿山压力显现特征的差异性,进一步论证采用充填开采的合理性和必要性。研究结果表明,3种充填材料均能有效发挥支撑作用。1#充填材料力学性质相对较弱,充填体的应力水平会略低于周围矿柱,但仍能有效控制矿柱应力水平,大幅度降低充填区域煤柱的应力集中水平,并基本消除B4煤层工作面推进导致的应力集中影响。当采用力学性质与煤体非常接近的2#与3#充填材料时,充填体与煤体基本同步变形,两者边界几乎不存在应力差异,充填效果达到最佳。In order to ensure the safety and stability of upward mining in the goaf,three different filling ratio schemes were selected to study the law of mining pressure manifestation of 15S01 face when different filling materials were used for filling.By comparing the differences in the manifestation characteristics of mining pressure before and after filling mining of 15S01 working face in Shawan mine,the rationality and necessity of adopting filling mining were further demonstrated.The research results show that the three filling materials can effectively play a supporting role.The mechanical properties of No.1 filling material are relatively weak,and the stress level of the filling body will be slightly lower than that of the surrounding coal pillars.However,it can still effectively control the stress level of the coal pillars in the filling area,greatly reduce the stress concentration level of the coal columns in the filling area,and eliminate the stress concentration caused by the advancement of the B4 coal seam working face.When using No.2 and No.3 filling materials,which have mechanical properties very close to those of the coal,the filling body and the coal body basically deform synchronously,and there is almost no stress difference between the boundary of the two materials,and the filling effect is the best.
