摘  要:为建立基本顶的三维计算机模型,用于精细化分析基本顶的运动情况。基于矿山压力控制理论,分析采场上覆岩层基本顶的空间运动状态,实现采场基本顶三维精细化建模从物理模型、数学模型向计算机参数建模的转化。将采场基本顶的模型分为基本顶的初次来压运动模型和周期来压运动模型,通过分析基本顶初次来压、周期来压与采煤工作面进尺间的空间关系,描述基本顶来压运动结束后形成的多岩块空间结构,建立各阶段来压过程的数学模型,实现对采场顶板各阶段、各岩块几何尺寸的定量描述;建立三维笛卡尔坐标系,实现对基本顶运动前岩层与运动后岩块的精确建模,运用GLScene的3D组件,实现对采场基本顶各岩层、各岩块的三维动态立体建模,可以实现随采煤工作面的不断推进,采场上方基本顶发生挠曲、裂断与下沉的动态演化过程,更直观地表达采场上覆基本顶的运动规律与运动状态,为预测与控制基本顶来压时引发的安全隐患提供技术支撑。通过31214综采面的建模实例,验证了采场三维精细化参数建模的技术可行性。In order to establish a 3D computer model of the basic roof,it can be used to analyze the motion of the basic roof.Based on the mine pressure control theory,the spatial motion state of the overlying rock basic roof is analyzed,and the 3D fine modeling of the basic roof of the stope is transformed from physical model,mathematical model to computer parameter modeling.The model of the basic roof of the stope is divided into the model of the initial pressing movement of the basic roof and the model of the periodic pressing movement.By analyzing the spatial relationship between the initial pressing movement of the basic roof and the periodic pressing movement of the coal face,the multi-rock spatial structure formed after the basic roof pressing movement is described,and the mathematical model of the pressing process at each stage is established.To realize the quantitative description of each stage of stope roof and the geometric size of each rock block;Three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system is established to realize the accurate modeling of rock strata before and after the movement of the basic roof.The 3D component of GLScene is used to realize the three-dimensional dynamic stereoscopic modeling of each rock stratum and rock block of the basic roof of the stope,which can realize the dynamic evolution process of the basic roof above the stope to bend,crack and subsidence with the continuous advancement of the coal working face.The motion law and state of the basic roof over the stope are expressed more intuitively,which provides technical support for predicting and controlling the safety hazards caused by the pressure of the basic roof.The technical feasibility of 3D fine parameter modeling of stope is verified by modeling example of 31214 fully mechanized mining face.
