摘  要:提出了一种新型绿色环保的韧性薄喷技术,并对该技术的协同支护原理进行了理论分析。同时采用三维离散元数值模拟软件3DEC对传统喷射混凝土材料和韧性薄喷(TSL)材料的巷道护表作用优劣和协同支护作用效果进行模拟,模拟结果表明韧性薄喷材料比喷浆混凝土材料更易实现与巷道锚杆的协同支护作用,更有利于维护巷道支护系统和巷道围岩的稳定。最后通过对利民煤矿的韧性薄喷技术工业性试验和现场应用效果评价,进一步表明:韧性薄喷技术既能克服喷浆混凝土材料的缺点,实现与巷道锚杆索的协同支护作用,保证巷道支护系统的可靠性与稳定性,又能给矿上带来一定的经济效益和社会效益。Put forward a new type of green and environment-friendly ductile thin spray-on technology,and makes a theoretical analysis of the cooperative support principle of this technology.At the same time,the 3D discrete element numerical simulation software 3DEC is used to simulate the advantages and disadvantages of roadway surface protection and the effect of cooperative support of traditional shotcrete material and ductile thin spray-on(TSL)material.The simulation results show that the ductile thin spray-on material is easier to achieve the cooperative support with roadway bolts than the shotcrete material,and is more conducive to maintaining the stability of roadway support system and roadway surrounding rock.Finally,through the industrial test and field application effect evaluation of the ductile thin spray-on technology in Limin coal mine,it is further shown that the ductile thin spray-on technology can not only overcome the shortcomings of the shotcrete material,achieve the cooperative support function with the roadway anchor cable,ensure the reliability and stability of the roadway support system,but also bring certain economic and social benefits to the mine.
