摘 要:为解决综掘巷道掘进机司机侧风流场紊乱和粉尘防治困难的问题,依据气固两相流理论,以华晋吉宁煤业矿区某掘进工作面为研究对象,基于Fluent软件建立DPM离散相模型,对掘进巷道长压短抽通风条件下有无掘进机时的风流场分别进行分析,对压风口到工作面的距离L_(1)、抽风口到工作面的距离L_(2)以及压抽比K三个参数进行模拟研究。模拟结果表明,掘进机对司机侧风流的影响不可被忽视;随着L1的减小,掘进机司机侧的紊乱风流被消除,粉尘浓度减小,工作面区域粉尘浓度先减小后增大,L_(1)≈9.5 m时通风效果最佳;使得司机侧工况最佳的参数L_(2)=3.4 m左右,K=1.1~1.2。In order to solve the problem of disorderly wind flow field and difficulties in dust control on the driver′s side of the tunneling machine in fully mechanized excavation face,based on the gas-solid two-phase flow theory,a DPM discrete-phase model was established based on Fluent software with a excavation face in a mining area of Huajin Jining coal industry as the research object,analyze the wind flow field in the roadway with or without the roadheader in the long-pressure and short-extraction ventilation mode.On this basis,three parameters:the distance between the air-pressing outlet and the working face L_(1),the distance between the air-extracting inlet and the working face L_(2),pressure-extraction ratio K,are simulated.The simulation results show that the influence of the roadheader on the driver′s side wind flow cannot be ignored;as L_(1) decreases,the reverse wind flow on the driver′s side of the roadheader is eliminated,the dust concentration decreases,the working environment improves significantly,the dust concentration in the working surface area decreases first and then increases,and the ventilation effect is best when L_(1) is approximately equal to 9.5 m;the parameter L_(2) that makes the best working condition on the driver′s side is about 3.4 m,and K is between 1.1 and 1.2.
