摘 要:为解决小窑火区影响下近距离煤层群工作面开采火灾防控难题,以5112工作面为例,系统性分析了上覆小窑采空区气体爆炸危险性和有毒有害气体下可能性,评估了本层采空区自然发火的可能性。制定了液态惰气直注、均压防灭火、预测预报、注氮防灭火和漏风封堵等“本质安全型”火灾防控技术,并开创性采用水力冲砂技术对工作面后部采空区进行了全断面封堵,实现采空区区段隔离,确保了工作面安全开采。In order to solve the problem of fire prevention and control in the near coal seam group working face under the influence of small kiln fire area,taking 5112 working face as an example,the risk of gas explosion and the possibility of toxic and harmful gases in the mined-out area of the overlaying small kiln were systematically analyzed,and the possibility of spontaneous ignition in the mined-out area of this layer was evaluated."Intrinsically safe"fire prevention and control technologies,such as liquid inert gas direct injection,equalized pressure fire prevention and control,forecasting and forecasting,nitrogen injection fire prevention and control,and air leakage plugging,have been formulated.In addition,hydraulic sand flushing technology has been pioneered to seal the whole section of the goaf at the back of the working face,realizing the isolation of the goaf in sections and ensuring the safe mining of the working face.
