摘 要:以六安市308 m广播电视塔高耸塔桅钢结构为工程背景,综合考虑结构安装特点与场地布置条件,提出采用大型外附着式塔吊与扒杆组合的方式完成法兰连接双曲高耸塔桅钢结构安装,形成塔身、塔楼及桅杆的钢结构分部安装施工技术.利用有限元软件分析主体结构施工阶段的受力与变形情况,并结合监测数据与规范限值进行对比分析;对塔吊附着与扒杆在施工吊装中的安全性进行数值模拟验算.结果表明:研究提出的钢结构施工安装技术具有很好的适用性,安装精度高,可以有效控制安装过程中变形偏差问题;塔吊附墙与扒杆在吊装过程中满足安全要求,有效解决高耸塔桅钢结构吊装安全问题,可为同类工程施工起到借鉴作用.The steel structure of 308 m Lu'an radio and television tower mast is taken as the engineering background.Considering the structural installation characteristics and site layout conditions,a combination technology of large external attached tower crane and derrick to install the flange connected hyperbolic high-rise tower mast was proposed.The steel structure divisional installation technology of tower body,the tower and the mast was formed.The stress and deformation of the main structure in the construction stage were analyzed by finite element software,and the monitoring data was compared with the code limits.The safety of the tower crane attachment wall as well as raking pole during the construction and hoisting were numerically simulated and verified.The results show that the steel structure installation technology has good applicability and high installation accuracy,and can effectively control the deformation deviation in the installation process.The tower crane attachment wall and picket bar meet the safety requirements in the lifting process,and effectively solve the problem of safe lifting of tower mast structure,providing a reference for similar projects.
