摘　　要：针对目前智能运动底盘只能外出实地进行测试所导致的成本高、时间长等问题,设计开发一种专门用于智能运动底盘性能试验的转鼓试验台。该试验台可以兼顾大、小两种智能运动底盘,以及三轮和四轮结构的智能运动底盘的测试需要。系统软件采用QT平台进行开发,可以实时采集智能运动底盘的速度、加速度时间历程曲线,同时,配备有相应的传感器,可以测试智能运动底盘在加速、匀速、减速过程中的电池、电机性能参数和传动系统的性能参数,可为改善智能运动底盘的性能提供依据。In view of the problems such as high costs and a long time caused by the outside field test of the current intelligent sports chassis,a drum test bench is specifically designed and developed for performance test of the intelligent sports chassis.The test bench can take into account the testing needs of both large and small intelligent sports chassis,as well as intelligent sports chassis with three-wheeled and fourwheeled structures.The system software is developed on the QT platform,which can collect real-time velocity and acceleration time course curves of the intelligent sports chassis.At the same time,corresponding sensors are provided to test the performance parameters of the battery and motor in the process of acceleration,uniform speed and deceleration of the intelligent sports chassis,as well as the performance parameters of the drive system,which provides a basis for performance improvement of the intelligent sports chassis.
