摘  要:单面铆钉采用余温发黑,为提高单面铆钉的耐蚀性,制备单面铆钉层发黑液配方,对发黑液中基本组分的作用进行分析,制定单面铆钉发黑处理的工艺流程。发黑处理流程主要包括发黑前处理、发黑处理和发黑后处理3个部分,每道工序都对发黑膜质量产生重要影响。对新制备的发黑膜层进行成分及微观结构分析,分析表明,新制备的发黑膜层结构致密。采用电化学工作站对新制备的发黑膜层的电化学性能进行电化学分析(包括系列的电化学曲线解析)。试验结果表明,新制备的发黑膜层具有优异的防腐蚀性能。Blind rivets are blackened with residual temperature.To improve the corrosion resistance of blind rivets,the blackening solution formula is prepared for blind rivets,the roles of the basic compositions in the blackening solution are analyzed,and a process flow for blackening treatment of blind rivets is developed.The blackening treatment process mainly includes three parts,preblackening treatment,blackening treatment and post-blackening treatment,each of which has an important impact on the quality of the blackened film.The composition and microstructure of the newly prepared blackened film layer are analyzed,and the analysis shows that the newly prepared blackened film layer has a dense structure.The electrochemical properties of the newly prepared blackened film layer(including a series of electrochemical curves)are analyzed using an electrochemical workstation.The test results show that the newly prepared blackened film layer has excellent anti-corrosion properties.
