摘　　要：基于C8051F040单片机,提出混凝土搅拌站称量仪表的设计方案,介绍称量仪表的系统组成。基于该仪表可实现混凝土搅拌站称量系统的分布式控制。详细介绍称量的逻辑控制过程以及数据交互方案和内容,并针对在实际使用过程中出现的数据漏记现象进行分析,给出详细的解决方案和应用程序说明。Based on the C8051F040 microcontroller,a design scheme of weighing instrument for concrete mixing plant is proposed,and the system composition of the weighing instrument is introduced.Distributed control of the weighing system for concrete mixing plant can be realized based on this instrument.The logical control process of weighing is introduced in detail,as well as the data interaction scheme and content,the data omission phenomenon that occurs in actual use is analyzed,and detailed solutions and application descriptions are provided.
