摘　　要：在分析随车起重作业技术指标要求基础上,提出一种多变幅随车起重机设计方案。通过实物样机试验验证,该机可实现大作业幅度的吊载作业,达到“随车起重机作业半径不小于18 m、吊重不小于2 t”的要求,可应用于多种环境下的救援作业,为我国自然灾害应急运输保障提供专业自装卸起重运输装备,提高应急救援作业效率。On the basis of analyzing the technical index requirements of loader lifting operations,a design scheme for the multi-derricking loader crane is proposed.Through physical prototype testing,it is verified that the crane can achieve a large outreach of lifting operations to meet the requirements that“the operating radius of the loader crane shall not be less than 18 m and the lifting capacity shall not be less than 2 t”.It can be applied to rescue operations in various environments,which provides professional selfloading,lifting and transport equipment for China's natural disaster emergency transport support and improves the efficiency of emergency rescue operations.
