摘 要:提出运用特征参数法及配合间隙法定位故障的新方法,解决目前定位故障无方和无法快速排除故障的难题。基于四因法提出机械配合件“本体、形位和配合”3种故障新概念,通过分析零件“磨损、变形和裂纹”3种失效机理及其相互影响规律,发现影响零部件功能的故障最终是配合故障,提出在判断定位故障时关键是寻找机械总成的各关键配合面。通过系统级试车检查到部件级性能测试,再到零件级配合检测,不断细化深入故障现象,并运用关联部件法将故障逐层定位到终端故障点即配合面,最终运用“调整—换件—修复”,由易到难的不解体维修策略进行故障排除,起到了“以外修内、少修不修”不解体维修的功效。A new method for locating faults by using the characteristic parameter method and the fit gap method is proposed to solve the current problem of locating faults without a method and inability to quickly eliminate faults.Based on the four-course method,three new concepts of faults of mechanical fittings,“self,form and fit”,are proposed.By analyzing the three failure mechanisms of components,“wear,deformation and crack”,and their mutual influence,it is found that faults affecting the component functions are ultimately fit faults,and it is proposed that the key to judge and locate faults is to find the key fit surfaces of the mechanical assembly.Through the system-level running test to part-level performance test,and then to component-level fit test,the fault phenomenon is constantly refined and delved into,the associated component method is used to locate the fault layer by layer to the terminal fault point,i.e.the fit surface,and finally,“adjustment–replacement-repair”,which is a non-dismantling maintenance strategy from easy to difficult,is used to eliminate the fault to achieve the effect of non-dismantling maintenance of“outside to repair inside,less repair and no repair”.
