摘 要:血管平滑肌细胞是血管的重要组成部分,包括分化型和去分化型两种表型,其中去分化型具有更强的迁移性、生长性。血管平滑肌细胞表型转化是冠状动脉粥样硬化的主要原因之一,近来研究表明线粒体分裂在血管平滑肌细胞表型转化的发生发展中扮演重要角色,其主要通过细胞自噬、凋亡、氧化应激等细胞反应过程调控血管平滑肌细胞表型转化。这些发现为线粒体的生物学研究指明了方向,同时也为临床治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化提供了新思路。Vascular smooth muscle cells are important components of blood vessels,including two phenotypes:differentiated and dedifferentiated.The dedifferentiated type has stronger migration and growth potential.The phenotypic transformation of vascular smooth muscle cells is one of the main causes of coronary atherosclerosis.Recent studies have shown that mitochondrial division plays an important role in the occurrence and development of phenotypic transformation of vascular smooth muscle cells,regulating the phenotypic transformation mainly through cell reaction processes such as autophagy,apoptosis,oxidative stress,and so on.These findings point out the direction for the biological research of mitochondria,and also provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of coronary atherosclerosis.
