摘　　要：作为泌尿系统常见疾病之一,肾结石由钙、草酸和尿酸等结晶物质异常积聚所致,给社会和患者家庭带来沉重经济负担。肾结石的形成受个体差异和环境因素影响,术后复发率较高。虽然目前体外冲击波碎石、经皮肾取石术等外科治疗方法应用广泛,但仍存在一定局限性。因此,药物治疗成为肾结石患者更加便捷的治疗选择。柠檬酸盐和噻嗪类利尿剂已用于草酸钙结石的治疗,但疗效仍有待进一步提高。未来深入研究肾草酸钙结石的治疗方法并针对生物学机制研发潜在治疗药物,可以为肾结石的防治提供新思路。As a common disease in the urinary system,kidney stones are caused by the abnormal accumulation of crystalline substances such as calcium,oxalate,and uric acid,bringing significant economic burden on society and patients′families.The formation of kidney stones is influenced by individual differences and environmental factors,with a high postoperative recurrence rate.Although surgical treatments like extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy are widely used,they still have certain limitations.Therefore,pharmacotherapy has become a more convenient option.Although citrates and thiazide diuretics have been used in the treatment of calcium oxalate stones,their therapeutic effectiveness still needs to be enhanced.Future in-depth research on the treatment of kidney calcium oxalate stones and the development of potential therapeutic drugs targeting biological mechanisms can offer new perspectives for the prevention and treatment of kidney stones.
