摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,其相关辅助化疗可延长患者的生存周期。但化疗药物尤其是蒽环类药物不仅具有抗肿瘤作用,还可引发心脏毒性等不良反应,严重影响患者的生存时间。由于乳腺癌患者辅助化疗后需进行手术治疗,手术过程中的麻醉药物也可影响蒽环类药物的心脏毒性效应。因此,采用具有心肌保护作用的药物治疗是改善患者预后的重要策略之一。深入研究蒽环类抗肿瘤药物的心脏毒性、化疗过程中的心肌保护药物以及手术中部分麻醉药物对心脏毒性的影响等,可降低蒽环类药物的心脏毒性,改善患者预后。Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in women,and its related adjuvant chemotherapy can prolong the survival time of the patients.However,chemotherapeutic drugs,especially anthracyclines,not only have anti-tumor effects,but also can cause cardiac toxicity and other adverse reactions,which seriously affect the survival time of the patients.And because surgery is often performed after adjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer,anesthetic drugs during surgery may also affect the cardiotoxic effects of anthracyclines.Therefore,the use of myocardial protective drugs is one of the important strategies to improve the prognosis of the patients.Further studies of cardiotoxicity of anthracyclines,cardioprotective drugs during chemotherapy and the effects of some anesthesia drugs during surgery on cardiotoxicity can reduce the cardiotoxicity of anthracyclines and improve the patient prognosis.
