摘 要:随着信息技术的快速发展,勘察设计行业传统的档案管理方式已经无法满足日益增长的档案数量和复杂的管理需求。人工智能技术作为一种新兴的技术手段,具有自动化、智能化和高效性的特点,为档案管理带来了全新的机遇和挑战。文章通过对人工智能技术在档案管理实践中的应用案例进行研究和分析,探讨了人工智能技术在勘察设计行业档案管理中的应用前景和存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,以期为勘察设计行业档案管理提供借鉴与帮助。With rapid development of information technology,traditional ways of archives management in the investigation and design industry can no longer cater to needs of an increasing number of files and complex management tasks.Artificial intelligence(AI),an emerging technological means,is featured with automation,intellectualization and high efficiency.It brings new opportunities and challenges for archives management.In this study,we studied and analyzed AI application cases in archives management practice.On this basis,AI application prospects in archives management of the investigation and design industry were explored.Specific to problems existing in them,relevant solutions were proposed accordingly.Thus,it is expected to provide references and assistance for archives management in the investigation and design industry.
