高频彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产术后腹壁子宫内膜异位症的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析高频彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产术后腹壁子宫内膜异位症(AWE)的临床价值。方法 选取2019年5月至2022年5月我院收治的90例疑似剖宫产术后AWE患者,均接受常规超声及高频彩色多普勒超声诊断,以病理诊断结果作为“金标准”,比较以上两种方式诊断AWE的敏感性、特异性及准确率。结果 病理诊断结果显示,90例疑似剖宫产术后AWE患者中72例确诊为阳性,18例为阴性,常规超声及高频彩色多普勒超声检出阳性例数分别为60例、 70例,阴性例数分别为10例、 16例;高频彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产术后AWE的敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为97.22%、 88.89%、 95.56%,均显著高于常规超声(P <0.05)。结论 高频彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产术后AWE的敏感性、特异性、准确性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal wall endometriosis(AWE)after cesarean section.Methods 90 patients with suspected AWE after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected and given routine ultrasound and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.Taking the pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two methods for the diagnosis of AWE were compared.Results Pathological diagnostic results showed that 72 cases of 90 patients with suspected AWE after cesarean section were diagnosed as positive and 18 cases as negative.The positive cases detected by routine ultrasound and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound were 60 and 70 respectively,and the negative cases were 10 and 16 respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of AWE after cesarean section were 97.22%,88.89% and 95.56%,respectively,significantly higher than those of routine ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of AWE after cesarean section,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
