摘　　要：超说明书用药在临床实践工作中普遍存在,不可避免。但具体如何实操,各医疗机构尚缺乏统一的规范。为更好地协助各医疗机构规范超说明书用药,广西药学会循证药学专业委员会组织全省41家医疗机构、114位专家,经过5轮讨论,在证据等级、临床需求等基础上进行综合评估筛选,最终形成本共识及首批超说明书用药目录。本共识的制订将为超说明书用药的有效性和安全性提供循证参考,同时也为保障医患合法权益,降低执业风险提供依据。Off-label drug use is common and unavoidable in the clinical practice.However,there is still a lack of unified standardization among medical institutions on how to practice off-label drug use.In order to assist the medical institutions to standardize the off-label drug use,the Evidence-based Pharmacy Professional Committee of Guangxi Pharmaceutical Association organized 41 medical institutions and 114 experts in Guangxi Province to formulate this consensus after 5 rounds of discussion.This consensus and the first batch of off-label drug catalogs are based on a comprehensive assessment and screening of the level of evidence,clinical needs,and other factors.The development of this consensus will provide an evidence-based basis for the effectiveness and safety of off-label drug use,as well as a reference for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of doctors and patients and reducing the risk of practice.
