摘　　要：在城市建设与发展中老旧片区成为稀缺资源,该如何通过旧城更新来重新连接新城与旧城?文章通过对城市更新理论及老旧片区现状的梳理,总结一般的更新模式,以重庆燕子岩-枇杷山片区为研究对象,提出通过艺术介入的方式来进行旧城更新,以业态更新、化零为整、创意活动等具体的设计策略,提高老旧片区的舒适度与活力,引入文化创意产业进行转型,推动区域建设和发展,促进片区内外的交流,用艺术与文化来重建人与人、人与城市的情感连接。In the process of urban construction and development,the old areas become scarce resources.How to reconnect the new city and the old city through the renewal of the old city?By combing the theory of urban renewal and the current situation of the old area,this paper summarizes the general renewal mode.Taking Yanziyan-Pipa mountain area in Chongqing as the research object,it proposes to renew the old city by means of artistic intervention,and to improve the comfort and vitality of the old area by means of specific design strategies,such as business renewal,recycling and creative activities.It is proposed to introduce cultural and creative industries for transformation,to promote regional construction and development,to promote exchanges inside and outside the region,and to use art and culture to rebuild the emotional connection between people and the city.
