摘　　要：伴随着制造业的快速发展,我国的工业厂房建筑工程也随之进入快速发展阶段。文章针对工业厂房建筑目前存在的问题进行深入分析,并总结了现阶段工业厂房建筑设计的发展趋势,以顾家家居厂区的实际案例为例,分析在设计和后期施工过程中工业厂房建筑设计的应用策略,满足厂区建筑空间及人群的多样化需求,为今后家居企业制造升级及工业厂房建筑健康可持续发展提供参考依据。With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,China’s industrial plant construction projects have also entered a stage of rapid development.This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the existing problems of industrial plant buildings,and summarizes the development trend for the design of the industrial plant buildings currently.Taking Gujia Household Production Plant as an example,the paper analyzes the strategies applied in the design and construction of industrial plants,which meet the diversified requirements of the plant and the groups.It provides a reference for the upgrading of the household manufacturing companies in the future as well as for the sustainable and healthy development of industrial plants.
