摘　　要：旧工业建筑就像是历史的见证者,承载着时代的记忆与文化。然而,旧工业建筑不应仅仅成为历史的展品,而应活跃在当下、服务于现代社会。在建筑再生利用的过程中,传统的“修旧如旧”设计往往过于保守,导致许多改造后的建筑立面呈现出千篇一律的风貌,既缺乏现代气息,也未能充分体现其更新后的功能。“新旧”共生理念提倡寻求历史与现代性之间的平衡,秉承“保护第一、加强管理、挖掘价值、有效利用、让文物活起来”的原则,实现了对旧工业建筑的有效再利用与创新性转化。文章围绕基于“新旧”共生理念的旧工业建筑再生利用立面设计展开探讨,旨在推动建筑设计的可持续发展。Old industrial buildings are like the witnesses of history,and carry the memories and culture of the times.However,old industrial buildings should not only become the exhibits of history,but should be active in the present and serve modern society.In the process of building regeneration and utilization,the traditional design of“repairing as old”is often too conservative,resulting in many renovated building facades presenting a uniform style,lacking modern atmosphere and failing to fully reflect their updated functions.The concept of“coexistence of old and new”advocates seeking a balance between history and modernity,adheres to the principles of“protecting first,strengthening management,exploring value,effectively utilizing,and activating cultural relics”,and achieves the effective reuse and innovative transformation of old industrial buildings.This paper will explore the facade design for the recycling and utilization of old industrial buildings based on the concept of“coexistence of old and new”,aiming to promote the sustainable development of architectural design.
