摘　　要：文章以洁净手术室为切入点,结合实际工程案例,从洁净空调系统的划分,送风量、回风量、排风量及负荷的计算等方面着手,对整个系统的设计流程进行介绍,尤其是对正负压手术室的控制进行了详细说明。最后,分析了手术室设计中存在的常见问题及设计要点,并对暖通空调系统设计要点进行了归类与总结。Starting from the clean operating room,combined with practical engineering cases,from the clean air conditioning system division,the paper introduces the design process of the whole system from air supply volume,return air volume and exhaust air volume,load calculation and other aspects,and particularly,makes a detailed explanation on the control of positive and negative pressure operating room.Finally,the common problems and design points in the operating room design are analyzed,and the design points of HVAC system are classified and summarized.
