摘　　要：轻型结构旅游度假产品设置灵活,与景观高度契合,往往可以提供轻松别致的出游体验,既是生态和主题旅游度假的适宜产品,也是传统住宅产品之外文旅地产市场新的增长点,具有较高的市场潜力和推广价值。文章试从结构、围护、饰面、基础、设备机电体系各方面,研究此类建筑的建造方式和特点,提炼总结其建筑结构和机电设备的材料、选型及构造做法。The light structure tourism resort products have flexible setting,highly accords with the landscape,and provide a relaxed and unique travel experience.They are suitable products for ecological and theme tourism and vocation,and also a new growth point in the cultural tourism real estate market other than traditional residential products,with high market potential and promotion value.This paper tries to study the construction methods andcharacteristics of this kind of building from structure,enclosure,facing,foundation,equipment and electromechanical system,and summarizes the materials,type selection and construction practices of its building structure and electromechanical equipment.
