摘  要:文章采用有限元方法分析了钢桥面板纵肋-横隔板连接四个典型构造细节在有无UHPC铺装情况下的轮载应力响应,并对比UHPC铺装层对其疲劳性能的提升效果。研究结果表明,在无刚性铺装情况下,构造细节H、HD、LS和LZ的最不利应力分别为-82.1 MPa、28.3 MPa、43.3 MPa和-42.9 MPa;在采用50 mm厚UHPC铺装后,构造细节H、HD、LS和LZ的最不利应力分别下降为-45.6 MPa、13.0 MPa、14.7 MPa和-12.0 MPa;UHPC铺装层对钢桥面板纵肋-横隔板连接各构造细节的疲劳性能提升明显,其中构造细节LZ的疲劳寿命提升高达45.4倍。The finite element method was used to analyze the wheel load stress response of four typical details of rib-to-diaphragm junction of orthotropic steel bridge deck with and without UHPC pavement,and the improvement effect of UHPC pavement layer on its fatigue performance was studied.The research results indicate that in the absence of rigid pavement,the most unfavorable stresses for details H,HD,LS,and LZ are-82.1 MPa,28.3 MPa,43.3 MPa,and-42.9 MPa,respectively.When 50mm thick UHPC pavement was used,the most unfavorable stresses of details H,HD,LS,and LZ decreased to-45.6 MPa,13 MPa,14.7 MPa,and-12 MPa,respectively.The UHPC pavement layer significantly improves the fatigue performance of details in rib-to-diaphragm junction of orthotropic steel bridge deck,with the fatigue life of detail LZ increasing by 45.4 times.
