疫情后构建福建省促进消费长效机制研究

摘  要:当前扩大内需、促进消费是推进高质量发展、加快构建新发展格局的战略基点。综合福建居民消费总体规模、增速和消费倾向,全省居民消费能力和意愿稳步回升,消费结构持续优化,消费模式和业态加速创新。随着疫情防控进入新阶段,福建居民消费需求仍有增长空间,全省消费市场逐步回暖,同时民营经济市场主体信心和活力都有较大提升。但收入不均衡、消费市场规模偏小、竞争力不强等因素制约了消费需求进一步释放。为此,建议加强消费支撑体系,推动消费绿色化、数字化,打造消费新场景、新潮流,提升品牌影响力和竞争力,统筹布局多级消费中心。At present,expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption are the strategic basis points for promoting high-quality development and accelerating the construction of a new development pattern.Based on the overall scale,growth rate and consumption tendency of residents in Fujian,the consumption capacity and willingness of residents have steadily recovered,the consumption structure has been continuously optimized and the innovation of consumption patterns and formats has accelerated.As the epidemic prevention and controlling enters a new stage,there is still room for residents’consumption demand,the consumption market is gradually picking up and the confidence and vitality of market entities have been greatly improved.However,factors such as unbalanced income,small scale of the consumption market and weak competitiveness restrict the further release of consumption demand.It is recommended to strengthen the consumption support system,promote the greening and digitalization of consumption,create new consumption scenarios and trends,enhance brand influence and competitiveness and coordinate the layout of multi-level consumption centers.
