9种杀菌剂对苹果炭疽病菌和黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制效果

摘  要:为明确能有效防控苹果炭疽病菌和黄瓜灰霉病菌的杀菌剂,本文从田间发病叶片中分离得到了苹果炭疽病菌和黄瓜灰霉病菌,借助形态学观察和分子生物学手段进行了鉴定,测试了9种常见杀菌剂对苹果炭疽病菌和黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制效果,同时选取初筛抑制率高的杀菌剂进一步测试了EC50值。结果表明,抑制复合体Ⅲ细胞色素bc1氧化酶的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂吡唑醚菌酯可有效防治苹果炭疽病菌,抑制甾醇生物合成脱甲基化酶的三唑类杀菌剂戊唑醇可有效防治黄瓜灰霉病菌。In order to identify fungicides that can effectively prevent and control Colletotrichum aenigma and Botrytis cinerea,this paper isolated Colletotrichum aenigma and Botrytis cinerea from diseased leaves in the field,and identified them by using morphological observation and molecular biology methods.The control effects of nine common fungicides against Colletotrichum aenigma and Botrytis cinerea were tested,and the EC50 value was further tested by selecting fungicides with high initial screening inhibition rate.The results showed that pyraclostrobin,a strobilurin fungicide that inhibited complexⅢcytochrome bc1 oxidase,could effectively control Colletotrichum aenigma,and tebuconazole,a triazole fungicide that inhibited demethylase in sterol biosynthesis,could effectively control Botrytis cinerea.
