摘　　要：干血点技术是通过微创采样技术,将微量血液收集于卡纸上并干燥后形成的样本采集和储存形式,与传统的全血采集方法相比,在分析物稳定性和存储运输等方面具有明显优势,已在临床医学和药学领域得到认可和应用。本文在对干血点技术的概念、特点、制备方法与影响因素等方面进行综述基础上,着重讨论了其在临床药物、毒物和毒品检测领域中的应用与进展,以期为该技术在法庭科学物证鉴定方面提供参考与借鉴。Dried blood spot technology is a sample collection and storage form formed by collecting trace blood on cardboard and drying through minimally invasive sampling technology.Compared with the traditional whole blood collection method,it has obvious advantages in the stability of the analyte,storage and transportation,and has been recognized and applied in the field of clinical medicine and pharmacy.Based on the review of the concept,characteristics,preparation methods and influencing factors of dry blood spot technology,this paper focuses on its application and progress in the field of clinical drugs,poisons and drug detection,in order to provide reference for the identification of forensic scientific evidence.
