个性化护理在乳腺癌患者术后药物镇痛过程中的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析个性化护理干预在乳腺癌改良根治术后应用镇痛药物中的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年1月本院收治的乳腺癌患者300例,所有患者均在本院接受乳腺癌改良根治术,并在术后应用镇痛药物,将其随机分为对照组(实施常规护理)和观察组(实施个性化护理),比较两组患者药物镇痛效果、用药依从性和药物不良反应。结果:观察组VAS评分低于对照组,用药依从率高于对照组,药物不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理干预在乳腺癌改良根治术后应用镇痛药物中能取得显著效果,可以有效缓解患者疼痛,提高用药依从性,降低药物不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the application of analgesic drugs after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:A total of 300 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.All patients underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in our hospital and used analgesic drugs after operation.They were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(individualized nursing).The analgesic effect,medication compliance and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the medication compliance rate was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention can achieve significant effect in the application of analgesics after modified radical surgery for breast cancer,which can effectively relieve patients'pain,improve medication compliance and reduce adverse drug reactions.
