摘　　要：目的:分析社区2型糖尿病老年患者用药依从性现状,并进行相关因素探讨。方法:对上海市江湾镇街道社区卫生服务中心在册管理的100例2型糖尿病患者展开研究,采集患者基线资料及临床相关资料,统计用药依从性自制评估表得分;依据Morisky服药依从性量表评估结果进行分组,并采用Logistic多因素分析用药依从性的影响因素。结果:社区老年糖尿病患者的用药知识知晓度得分、用药态度得分及正确用药行为依从度得分均处于中下水平,MMAS-8量表得分亦为中等依从性。影响患者用药依从性的因素有病程、婚姻状况、自测血糖频次及每日服药频次(P<0.05)。结论:对社区2型糖尿病患者用药依从性造成干扰的因素较多,临床可针对相关风险因子进行重点或预先防控,以提高患者用药依从性。Objective:To analyze the status quo of medication compliance in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community,and to explore the related factors.Methods:A study was conducted on 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were registered and managed by Jiangwan Community Health Service Center in Shanghai.The baseline data and clinical data of patients were collected,and the scores of self-made evaluation form of medication compliance were counted.According to the evaluation results of Morisky medication compliance scale,the patients were divided into groups,and Logistic multivariate analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of medication compliance.Results:The scores of medication knowledge awareness,medication attitude and correct medication behavior compliance of elderly diabetic patients in the community were all at the middle and lower levels,and the scores of MMAS-8 scale were also moderate compliance.The factors affecting patients'medication compliance were course of disease,marital status,frequency of self-measured blood glucose and frequency of daily medication(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors that interfere with the medication compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community.Clinically,key or pre-prevention and control of related risk factors can be carried out to improve the medication compliance of patients.
