摘　　要：目的:探究三维质量评价干预模式在低通气睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者药物治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2022年3月—2023年2月接受诊治的82例低通气睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,随机分为护理组41例和对照组41例。对照组给予常规呼吸护理,护理组在提供常规呼吸护理与三维质量评价护理模式。比较两组脂肪因子[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、炎症因子[干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、淋巴因子Th(helper T cell)亚型Th1/Th2比值、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]及多导睡眠图(polysomnography,PSG)。结果:护理后,护理组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、IFN-γ、Th1/Th2、CRP优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除微觉醒指数外,护理组护理后PSG各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维质量评价干预模式护理在低通气睡眠呼吸暂停综合征药物治疗中发挥了极为显著的作用,覆盖了常规护理模式所不能满足的护理死角,更可以帮助低通气睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者从呼吸暂停的困扰中得到康复。Objective:To explore the application effect of three-dimensional quality evaluation intervention mode in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome during the treatment period.Methods:A total of 82 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a nursing group(n=41)and a control group(n=41).The control group was given routine respiratory care,and the nursing group was given routine respiratory care and three-dimensional quality evaluation nursing mode.Adipocytokines[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],inflammatory factors[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),helper T cell Th1/Th2 ratio,C-reactive protein(CRP)]and polysomnography(PSG)were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,IFN-γ,Th1/Th2 and CRP in the nursing group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition to the micro-awakening index,the PSG indexes of the nursing group after nursing were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The three-dimensional quality evaluation intervention mode nursing has played an extremely significant role in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome during the treatment period,covering the nursing dead spots that conventional nursing modes cannot meet,and can also help patients with hypopnea sleep apnea syndrome recover from the troubles of breathing apnea.
