摘　　要：目的:探讨基于马斯洛需要层次理论的健康教育模式在急性会厌炎患者药物治疗期间的干预效果。方法:选取本院2021年4月—2023年3月收治的83例急性会厌炎患者,随机分成观察组(n=41)与对照组(n=42)。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础行马斯洛需求层次理论健康教育,比较两组患者状况、心理状态以及自尊水平情况。结果:干预1周后,观察组患者对呼吸疾病的认知评分、心理状态评分及自尊水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性会厌炎患者的药物治疗期间中,基于马斯洛需求层次理论的健康教育模式不仅能提高患者对疾病的认知程度,还能有效改善患者的心理状态和自尊水平情况,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of a health education model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs during drug therapy in patients with acute epiglottitis.Methods:A total of 83 patients with acute epiglottitis admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=42).The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory health education on the basis of the control group.The status,psychological status and self-esteem level of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 week of intervention,the cognitive score,psychological state score and self-esteem level score of respiratory diseases in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the drug treatment of patients with acute epiglottitis,the health education model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory can not only improve the patient's awareness of the disease,but also effectively improve the patient's psychological state and self-esteem level,which is worthy of clinical application.
