摘　　要：目的 分析高胆红素血症新生儿采用鸟巢式护理对其临床效果产生的影响,为高胆红素血症新生儿的临床护理提供指导。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年10月高唐县人民医院收治的96例高胆红素血症患儿为研究对象,按照单双号分组的原则将其分为常规组和干预组各48例。常规组采用常规护理,干预组采用鸟巢式护理。比较两组护理前后临床指标和临床症状改善时间。结果 护理后,干预组黄疸指数、间接胆红素水平及总胆红素水平均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组首次排胎便时间、黄疸消退时间、黄疸持续时间及胎便转黄时间均短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鸟巢式护理应用于高胆红素血症新生儿的临床护理中,可以明显改善黄疸指数、间接胆红素水平及总胆红素水平,缩短临床症状改善时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of bird's nest nursing on the clinical effect of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia,and provide guidance for the clinical nursing of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 96 children with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a routine group and an intervention group according to the principle of single or even number grouping,with 48 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,while the intervention group received bird's nest nursing.The clinical indicators before and after nursing and improvement time of clinical symptoms between two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the jaundice index,indirect bilirubin levels and total bilirubin levels in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The first defecation time,jaundice resolution time,jaundice duration and jaundice turning time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of bird's nest nursing in the clinical nursing of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia could significantly improve jaundice index,indirect bilirubin levels and total bilirubin levels,shorten the time for clinical symptom improvement,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
