摘 要:针对东北特钢大连基地高炉铁水磷含量高的问题,开展了高炉热状态对铁水磷含量影响的研究。结果表明,高炉铁水中磷含量与铁水物理热无相关性,在生产中改变铁水物理热不会造成铁水磷含量的波动;[Si]为0.6%时,[P]<0.11%,铁水磷含量与铁水化学热无相关性,而[P]>0.16%,铁水磷含量与铁水化学热呈正相关关系。建议采用高磷原料炼铁时,可通过控制炉温来实现对铁水磷含量一定程度的控制,且炉温越低铁水磷含量越低。Facing high HM phosphorus content of BF in Dalian Base of Northeast Special Steel,a study is carried out with respect to the influence of BF heat state on HM phosphorus content.The study results indicate no correlation exists between the HM phosphorus content and the HM physical heat,and change of the HM physical heat during production will not cause variation of HM phosphorus content;HM phosphorus content is not correlated with the HM chemical heat when the[Si]is 0.6%and[P]<0.11%,but it is positively correlated with the HM chemical heat if[P]>0.16%.It is suggested to control the furnace temperature so as to control the HM phosphorus content if high-phosphorus raw materials are used for ironmaking,and it its believed the lower the furnace temperature,the lower the HM phosphorus content.
