摘 要:某2050热连轧机在轧制高强薄规格带钢时F2和F3轧机出现严重的振动现象。为了摸清轧机振动的特征和现象,研制了一套适合热连轧机耦合振动的在线监测系统,对捕捉的振动信号进行信号时频分析与振动耦合关系分析,通过对同材质同规格、不同材质与规格2种轧钢工况进行分析和轧机振动与成品厚度的关系分析,获得了轧机振动现象及规律,为解决轧机振动提供了大量现场实测数据。A 2050 hot strip mill experienced severe vibration during the rolling of high⁃strength thin gauge strip steel on the F2 and F3 rolling mills.In order to find out the characteristics and phenomena of rolling mill vibration,an online monitoring system suitable for coupled vibration of hot tandem rolling mill was developed.The captured vibration signals were analyzed by signal Time–frequency analysis and vibration coupling relationship.Through the analysis of two rolling conditions of the same material and same specification,different materials and specifications,and the relationship between rolling mill vibration and finished product thickness,the rolling mill vibration phenomena and laws is obtained,A large amount of on⁃site measured data has been provided to solve rolling mill vibration.
