摘  要:冷轧运卷小车是负责钢卷运输的关键工序设备,其液压系统设计不仅需要满足钢卷大举升力、多级升降速度、高度等工艺参数,而且要求运行平稳、高安全性,否则会带来故障频发带甚至于重大安全事故。本文通过理论计算、原理图设计、元件选型,完成了运卷小车液压系统设计,并通过AMEsim仿真软件对设计进行了校核及优化,结果表明本设计可以满足生产工艺需求及现场安全要求。Cold rolling coil carriage is the key process equipment responsible for the transportation of steel coil.The design of its hydraulic system not only needs to meet the process parameters such as large lift force,multi⁃stage lifting speed and height of steel coil,but also requires stable operation and high safety,otherwise it will lead to frequent failures and even major safety accidents.Through theoretical calculation,schematic design and component selection,the hydraulic system design of coil carriage is completed in this paper,and the design is checked and optimized by AMEsim simulation software.The results show that the design can meet the production process requirements and site safety requirements.
