摘  要:研究一种密闭式自动氩弧焊焊头的焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形质量的影响,满足在半导体及面板制造行业中,采用自动钨极氩弧管焊系统焊接高纯度介质输送的洁净不锈钢薄壁管道;选用直径12*2的X2CrNiMo17-12-2不锈钢管,设定相应的焊接工艺参数,完成焊接管道工作;采用力学试验、无损检测、宏观金相试验检验焊缝的力学性能与组织特征,焊缝无外观与内在的缺陷;焊缝抗拉强度及各项性能均满足规范要求;自动钨极氩弧焊方法和参数能满足X2CrNiMo17-12-2管及类似不锈钢薄壁管道焊接要求。Objective Study the influence of welding process parameters on the quality of weld formation for a sealed automatic argon arc welding head,in order to meet the requirements of using an automatic tungsten electrode argon arc welding system to weld clean stainless steel thin⁃walled pipelines conveying high⁃purity media in the semiconductor and panel manufacturing industry.Method Select X2CrNiMo17⁃12⁃2 stainless steel pipe of diameter 12×2,Set corresponding welding process parameters to complete the welding of pipelines.Result Mechanical testing,non⁃destructive testing,and macroscopic metallographic testing are used to inspect the mechanical properties and structural characteristics of the weld seam,and the weld seam is free from external and internal defects;The tensile strength and various properties of the weld meet the specification requirements.Conclusion The automatic tungsten argon arc welding method and parameters can meet the welding requirements of X2CrNiMo17⁃12⁃2 pipes and similar stainless steel thin⁃walled pipes.
