摘 要:针对国内某中厚板厂精轧机刚度波动大的问题,结合轧机设备现状,基于轧机刚度简化计算模型,构建轧机刚度稳定性评估体系,并明确轧机均压垫裂损和下工作辊衬板间隙大是引起轧机刚度波动大的主要原因。通过改进轧机均压垫设计和控制下工作辊衬板间隙等措施,使得轧机刚度保证在较好水平。Aiming at the problem of large fluctuation of finishing mill stiffness in a domestic plate factory,Combined with the current situation of rolling mill equipment,Based on the simplified calculation model of rolling mill stiffness,a rolling mill stiffness stability evaluation system was established.It is also determined that the cracking loss of the uniform pressing pad and the large clearance of the lining plate of the lower working roll are the main reasons for the large fluctuation of the rolling mill stiffness.By improving the design of uniform pressure pad of rolling mill and controlling the clearance of work roll liner,The rigidity of rolling mill is guaranteed at a better level.
