摘　　要：创新体系已成为社会经济与可持续发展的重要引擎,主要依托知识创新、技术创新、知识传播和知识运用等,实现人的全面发展及社会进步。攀西国家战略资源创新开发试验区自成立以来,一直致力于创新体系建设,在顶层设计、项目管理、创新平台、成果转化等方面取得了显著的成效。但在创新平台布局、成果转化、保障措施等方面也存在着不足。选取攀西国家战略资源创新开发试验区为研究对象,通过实地调研,综合运用系统分析等方法,系统分析攀西国家战略资源创新开发试验区创新体系建设的现状,深挖问题根源,借鉴美国、深圳等国际国内先进地区成功经验,并结合实际,提出有针对性、具体可操作的对策建议,推动攀西国家战略资源创新开发试验区高质量发展。The innovation system,by means of knowledge innovation,technological innovation,knowledge dissemination,and knowledge application,nurtures and cultivates high-quality talents,achieves comprehensive human development,and promotes social progress.It serves as the engine and foundation for socio-economic development and sustainable growth.Since its establishment,the Panxi National Strategic Resource Innovation Development Pilot Zone has been committed to the construction of an innovation system,and has achieved significant results in top-level design,project management,innovation platforms,and technology transfer.However,weaknesses are found in the layout of the innovation platforms,technology transfer,and safeguard measures.This research focuses on the Panxi National Strategic Resource Innovation Development Pilot Zone,conducting on-site investigations and employing systematic analysis and other methods to comprehensively analyze the status quo of the innovation system in the pilot zone.By identifying the root causes of existing problems and drawing lessons from successful experiences in advanced regions both internationally(such as the United States)and domestically(such as Shenzhen),this study aims to propose targeted,concrete and workabce strategies and recommendations,in order to promote the high-quality development of the Panxi National Strategic Resource Innovation Development Pilot Zone.
